Telegram alerts: never miss a stuck order or a failed payment
A dashboard is useless if nobody looks at it. How to be warned on your phone only when action is needed, and not before.
An entrepreneur cannot watch a screen all day. Yet some events cannot wait: a declined payment, a stuck order, a customer writing with a complaint.
Why Telegram
Telegram is free, fast and already on many entrepreneurs’ phones. An alert arrives within seconds, with a button that opens the event directly.
Receive only what is essential
- Sort events by level: information, to follow, important, urgent.
- Choose the minimum level that triggers an alert for you.
- Mute an event type that is too frequent, without removing it from the dashboard.
The morning brief
On top of alerts, a daily summary can arrive every morning: the day’s priorities, the businesses to watch and yesterday’s figures. You start the day in two minutes.
Setting it up with Pilot-Biz
In Settings, Notifications, a button opens the Pilot-Biz bot on Telegram. You tap Start: it is linked. Alerts are part of the free plan.
