Getting started
How long does it take to get started?
About a minute to create the workspace and a few minutes to connect a first business. The setup assistant guides you step by step and confirms as soon as the first event arrives.
Does Pilot-Biz work on a phone?
Yes. The app runs in your phone’s browser, with nothing to install, and adapts to the screen size. You can follow your businesses, handle urgent items and reply to your customers from your phone.
How many businesses can I follow?
The free plan includes one. Pro includes up to three; each additional business is added for a small monthly extra, with its WhatsApp number included.
Connecting your businesses
How do I connect a Shopify, WooCommerce or WordPress site?
Give the site’s address to the setup assistant: it recognises the technology and tells you the simplest method, most often a link to paste into the site’s notifications or webhooks.
How do I connect a mailbox?
Enter the business’s address: Pilot-Biz recognises the provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, OVH, Zoho, web host…), fills in the server and shows a step-by-step guide. For Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud, you need to create an app password. Access is read-only: Pilot-Biz never deletes, moves or sends an email.
How do I connect WhatsApp?
From Settings → WhatsApp, you connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official window, in a few minutes. You keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. The connection goes through our partner WhatzAI, using the official API. One number per business.
I am already a WhatzAI customer with an AI agent. Can I see it in Pilot-Biz?
Yes. In Settings → WhatsApp, the advanced option lets you link your WhatzAI account with its API key. Your number stays at WhatzAI with its agent; Pilot-Biz shows the conversations, including the AI’s replies.
Plans and payment
What does the free plan include?
One business, the real-time dashboard, Telegram alerts for urgent items, no-code connection (site, forms, email), finances, tasks and the activity log. No credit card and no time limit.
What does Pro include?
Up to three businesses, WhatsApp with one number per business, the AI assistant, the morning brief every day, inviting your team and shortcuts to your sites’ admin pages. A 3-day trial is included.
Is there automatic renewal?
No. You pay for 1, 3 or 12 months (12 months for the price of 10) and nothing is charged afterwards without your consent.
What happens when Pro ends?
Your workspace goes back to the free plan and your data is kept. WhatsApp numbers are released after a 7-day delay; you can reconnect them by taking Pro again.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
In a PostgreSQL database hosted in Europe (Frankfurt). Each workspace is isolated from the others and secrets (keys, mailbox passwords) are encrypted.
Can I delete a business or my account?
Yes. Deleting a business erases its events, connections and expenses, and disconnects its WhatsApp numbers. To delete your whole account, write to us: erasure takes place within 30 days.
Does the AI assistant read my emails and phone numbers?
No. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked before anything is sent to the assistant, which works on your figures and events.
