What Pilot-Biz collects

• Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a scrypt hash), sign-in dates.
• Your businesses: the information you enter (name, website, contact details, logo).
• Events sent by your connected sites and tools: type, amount, your customers’ name, email or phone if they appear in the event, and the fields transmitted.
• Telegram (if you link it): the conversation identifier used to send you alerts.

What Pilot-Biz never collects

• Passwords, card numbers, security codes and tokens typed into your sites’ forms: the capture script ignores them.
• No data is sold or used for advertising.

Roles

For your end customers’ data contained in events, you are the data controller and Pilot-Biz acts as processor: we process it only to display it, sort it and notify you.

Security

• API keys hashed (SHA-256), secrets encrypted (AES-256-GCM), sessions stored as a hash.
• Strict isolation between workspaces; role checks on every action.
• Connections can be revoked at any time from each business’s page.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept as long as your workspace exists. Deleting a business erases its events, connections and expenses. To delete your account, contact us; erasure takes place within 30 days.

Processors

Hosting of the application and database (providers to be specified at launch), Telegram for the alerts you enable, a transactional email service for invitations and password resets, WhatzAI for WhatsApp messaging if you connect it, and Anthropic (the Claude AI model) for the Pro assistant: only a summary of your activity is sent to it (without your customers’ emails or phone numbers), and this data is not used to train its models.
