The service

Pilot-Biz is a dashboard that centralises the events of the activities you connect to it (sites, shops, forms, emails, WhatsApp, manual entries), presents them, computes indicators and sends notifications.

Your account

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and of your businesses’ connection keys.
• You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over the data sent to Pilot-Biz, in particular your customers’ data.
• A workspace’s administrators decide who has access to it.

Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use Pilot-Biz to send unlawful content, attempt to access another workspace’s data, bypass technical limits or disrupt the service.

Availability

We do our utmost to keep the service available, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions. Notifications (Telegram, email) depend on third-party services. Pilot-Biz does not replace your reference management or accounting tools.

Plans and prices

Free: one business, with no time limit. Pro: up to three businesses, then a monthly supplement per business; current prices are shown on the Pricing page and in your workspace (Settings, Plan) before any payment. Pro is paid in advance, for 1, 3 or 12 months, by bank card, PayPal or Mobile Money, with no automatic renewal.

A free Pro trial is offered once per workspace. At the end of the trial or of the paid period, the workspace returns to the free plan: businesses beyond the first are paused, with no loss of data.

WhatsApp: one number per business; receiving messages and replying to customers are included, bulk sending (campaigns, broadcasts) is not. A number is connected after the first payment. AI assistant: included for normal use, within the limit shown in your workspace.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted.
