In Pilot-Biz, add the business and choose Forms on my website: copy the line of code shown.

Wix: Settings, Custom code, Add (in the head, on all pages).

Squarespace: Settings, Advanced, Code Injection, Header. Webflow: Site settings, Custom code, Head.

HTML or PHP site: paste the line before the closing head tag.

Publish, then send your own contact form: the request appears in Pilot-Biz.
Frequently asked questions
Are the passwords typed into my forms read?
No. Password and card number fields are never read.
What if my form is not detected?
Then send the forms by webhook with Zapier, Make or n8n, or use the API.
