How to do it

In Pilot-Biz, add the business and choose Zapier, Make, n8n: a personal link is shown.

Create a scenario whose trigger is your app (for example “New Calendly booking”).

Action: Webhooks by Zapier, POST (Make: HTTP module, Make a request; n8n: HTTP Request). URL: the Pilot-Biz link, JSON format.

Data: a type field (for example booking) and the useful fields (name, email, amount…). An optional level field accepts low, medium, high or critical.

Test the step: the event appears in Pilot-Biz.
