Connect WhatsApp Business to Pilot-Biz
Each business can have its own WhatsApp Business number. The connection goes through Meta’s official window, via our partner WhatzAI, and you keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.

How to do it

Your workspace must have the paid Pro plan: the WhatsApp connection starts after the first payment.

In Pilot-Biz, open Settings, WhatsApp, then choose “I already use WhatsApp Business on my phone”.

Meta’s official window opens: choose or enter the business’s number and follow the screens.

Once connected, the number’s messages arrive in Messages. One number per business.
Messaging is for receiving and answering your customers; it is not designed for bulk sending.

Do I need another number?
No: you use the business’s WhatsApp Business number, and the app stays usable on your phone.
I already have an AI agent at WhatzAI: can I see it?
Yes. In the advanced option, you link your WhatzAI account with its API key: the number stays at WhatzAI with its agent, and Pilot-Biz shows the conversations.
