Connect a business mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, OVH, Zoho…)
Pilot-Biz reads the business mailbox in read-only mode: it never deletes, moves or sends an email. It recognises your email provider from the address and fills in the server for you.

How to do it

In Pilot-Biz, add the business and choose Mailbox, then enter the mailbox address.

Pilot-Biz detects the provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, OVH, Hostinger, Zoho or a web host) and shows a step-by-step guide.

Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud require an app password: the guide shows where to create it. Other providers use the mailbox password.

Click Connect mailbox: Pilot-Biz tests the connection right away and tells you whether it works.
The password is stored encrypted, and access is read-only.

Why an app password for Gmail?
Google does not accept your usual password for this kind of access: you create a dedicated one, after turning on 2-step verification. The Pilot-Biz guide shows the exact link.
Can Pilot-Biz reply to emails?
No: access is read-only. You reply from your usual email app.
