Connect Shopify to Pilot-Biz
Shopify can notify an outside tool for every order. You paste a link into the store settings, and your orders appear in the Pilot-Biz feed, with the shop’s revenue added up.

How to do it

In Pilot-Biz, add the business and choose Shopify: a personal link is shown.

In Shopify, open Settings, Notifications, then scroll to the bottom for Webhooks.

Click Create webhook. Event: Order payment; format: JSON; URL: paste the Pilot-Biz link.

Repeat for Order creation and Refund if you want to follow those too.

Click Send test notification: it shows up in Pilot-Biz within seconds.
Under the list, Shopify shows “Your webhooks will be signed with …”. You can copy that code into Pilot-Biz to verify where messages come from.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pilot-Biz change my Shopify store?
No. Shopify sends the information to Pilot-Biz; Pilot-Biz never changes anything in Shopify.
What if I want to stop?
Revoke the connection in Pilot-Biz, or delete the webhook in Shopify: nothing is sent any more.
