Connect a custom website to Pilot-Biz through the API
For a site built from scratch, a developer adds a few lines that send events to Pilot-Biz. The setup assistant prepares a message ready to hand over, with the key and code examples.
Time needed: a few lines for a developer
What arrives in Pilot-Biz
- The events your code sends: orders, payments, requests, alerts
How to do it
- 1
In Pilot-Biz, add the business and choose Custom website: a personal API key is created (you can revoke it at any time).
- 2
Copy the message prepared for your developer: it contains the key and code examples.
- 3
The developer sends a POST request with the key in the authorization header and the event’s details as JSON.
- 4
Every event received appears in the feed, sorted by urgency. The documentation details levels, examples and errors.
