You stay in control
You choose the rights: read only, or read and limited actions. In every case, the assistant can never send a message or a document to your customers, delete anything or record a payment. Its actions appear in the log marked “via AI”, and every access can be cut in one click.
Free, or all your businesses on Pro
The connection is open to everyone. On the free plan, your assistant works on your free business. On Pro, it sees all your businesses, and you also keep Pilot-Biz’s AI features inside the app, such as quotes drafted from a WhatsApp conversation.

What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard that lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT plug into a service to read data or take actions in it, with your consent.
Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Yes, you need an account with the assistant you want to use, according to its plan. On the Pilot-Biz side, the connection is included in every plan, free one included.
Can my assistant write to my customers?
No. It can prepare a draft quote or invoice, but only you can send it from Pilot-Biz.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
In Settings → Connected AI, one click on “Revoke” cuts the access immediately.
