From the conversation to the quote
Open the customer’s record and tap “Quote from the conversation”: the assistant reads the latest messages, spots what was asked and proposes the lines, with the prices you gave. No price in the conversation? It proposes an estimate, clearly flagged “to check”. You can also describe the request in one sentence, or paste a conversation.

Clean documents, in each business’s name
Each business has its own logo, address, legal details (company registration, tax number…), payment methods and numbering. The A4 PDF is sober and readable, on screen and on paper.

Your customer decides in one tap
You send the document by email, by WhatsApp or by copying its secret link. The customer opens it with no account, downloads the PDF, accepts or declines the quote, or writes a comment. You are notified, and the history keeps everything.
From accepted quote to paid invoice
An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one click. You record the payments received (deposit, balance, Mobile Money, bank transfer…), Pilot-Biz shows what is left to collect and exports everything as CSV for your accountant. The customers of all your businesses are gathered in one list, which can also be exported.
Frequently asked questions
Are quotes and invoices free?
Filling in a quote or an invoice by hand is free and unlimited. Automatic drafting, from a sentence or a conversation, is part of the Pro plan; one quote and one invoice are free to try it.
Can the assistant get a price wrong?
It never invents a price presented as certain: when the price is not in the conversation, the line is estimated and flagged “to check”. You review everything before sending.
Are my WhatsApp conversations sent to an AI without my consent?
No. A customer’s messages are passed to the assistant only when you press the button, to prepare that document.
Does Pilot-Biz replace my accounting software?
No. It helps you produce neat quotes and invoices quickly and follow what has been collected. Official accounting stays in your usual tool.
